Riders meet at the Bulldog Statue at intersection of Pennsylvania and Fairmount Avenues and depart for course at 6:30 AM sharp.

Warm up ride to Diamond Street course. Map. 2 warm-up laps, 7 race laps with a sprint finish on each, followed by 2 cool down laps.  Riders regroup after each lap at start point (Mt Pleasant & Reservoir)

Attacts a variety of riders from various teams and is a great way to practice end of race tactics and improve sprinting power!

Ride consists of 4 laps (2-3 early in the season) around the drives (West River Drive / Kelly Drive) at avg speeds of 25 - 30 mph.  An excellent training ride to do speed work and work on pace line skills. 

Riders meet at Falls Bridge at 6:15 and ride departs promptly at 6:30 PM

Ride begins promptly at 6:00 PM each Thursday at the Great Valley Corporate Center (Great Valley Parkway off of Rt 29).  Map 

Ride consists of 30 laps (daylight permitting) on a 1 mile loop in the corporate center.   There are no sharp turns, so it is a good workout to develop speed and race endurance.  Attacts 50-100 riders of various skill levels, but expect an average pace of 25-28 mph.

Ride begins promptly at 6:30 PM at the Greentree corporate center in Marlton, NJ. (intersection of E Stow Rd & Eves Dr) map

Ride consists of approximately 30 laps on a 1 mile loop in the corporate center.   There are two right turns with a sweeping backside and it is a good workout to develop speed and race endurance nad practice some crit cornering at race pace.  Attacts riders of various skill levels, but expect an average pace of 25-28 mph.

West River Drive Practice Time Trial. Event begins at Art museum exit of West River drive and is open to cyclists of any age.

Come to the oldest, continuous cycling event in Philadelphia. The time trial on the West River Drive is free and informal. All skill levels are welcome. You race against your own time so equipment is not a limitation, but wear a helmet. Two distances: 8.35 and 4.7 miles on the closed West River Drive. First rider off at 7 A.M. and every thirty seconds thereafter. Kids must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

This is a nice group ride that leaves from Unionville, PA (near Kennett Square) at the intersection of Rt 926 & Rt 82 on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM.  It’s about 45 miles long on rolling country roads, double pace line, mostly base pace until the last 7 or so miles where it turns into a race back to the start point.
